Isabelle seeks to offer a safe and sacred space for clients to authentically share themselves and discover the restoration that is possible for them. Utilizing the restoration therapy framework, Isabelle empowers clients to uncover wounds from the past that have kept them stuck. Isabelle has worked with clients facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relational problems, identity issues, and spiritual issues. Isabelle is passionate about seeing people uncover who they were always meant to be.
Outside of the therapy room, Isabelle enjoys yoga, being outside, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband! She loves movement and is passionate about the mind body connection.
She is looking towards furthering her expertise in areas such as eating disorders, addiction, sexual trauma, and PTSD.
