Prior to becoming an Associate Marriage and Family therapist, Kate worked in a variety of different contexts including: non-profit organizations, international coffee sourcing and outdoor adventure guiding. Working within these contexts has given her a well rounded approach to therapy and understanding clients through their lens.

Kate feels passionate about assisting each client experience renewed love and trust within their relationships and freedom from unhealthy thought patterns. Kate’s specialties include women’s issues, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, child/adolescent issues and identity exploration. She also hopes to assist clients lean into a journey towards healing from the past and renewed strength for their future. Kate seeks to understand every client and empower them with tangible ways to manage their past and present issues on their own. She utilizes a creative, interactive and positive approach within the therapy room, in order to cultivate a safe and open environment for each client. 

Kate enjoys spending time with her family, anything that has to do with the ocean, hiking in the mountains and diving into creative projects. She would love to join you on your restorative journey towards healing and wholeness.
